1Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and ExamPax concerning your use of the website, course pages, practice questions, exam simulations, explanations, study tools, and related services.

You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use ExamPax on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organization to these Terms.

2ExamPax Service

ExamPax provides online exam-preparation products, including independently developed practice questions, randomized or repeatable practice exams, timed simulations, answer explanations, topic-focused review, and related study materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ExamPax does not provide the official examination, issue the underlying license or credential, determine eligibility, or make licensing, admissions, certification, or regulatory decisions.

330-Day Course Access

Each course purchase provides access to the specific course purchased for 30 consecutive days, beginning when access is activated following successful payment, unless a different access period is expressly stated on the applicable course page.

• Access is limited to the individual course purchased.
• Access expires automatically at the end of the stated access period.
• There is no automatic renewal or recurring subscription unless clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Course access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with another person.

4Pricing and Payment

Course prices are displayed on the applicable course page at the time of purchase. Prices may differ between courses and may change prospectively at any time. The price charged to you is the price presented when you complete the transaction, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. ExamPax does not need to store your full payment-card information when the transaction is handled by those providers.

5Refund Policy

Because ExamPax provides digital course content that may become available immediately after purchase, all sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for unused access time, failure to use the course, change of plans, examination rescheduling, or examination results.

6Personal and Account Use

Course access is licensed to you for your personal exam-preparation use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your access.

You may not share credentials, permit another person to use your paid access, or simultaneously use one purchase as a multi-user, classroom, organizational, or commercial account unless ExamPax gives written permission.

7Prohibited Uses

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, sell, sublicense, or resell course content.
• Systematically capture, download, scrape, extract, archive, or compile questions or explanations.
• Use bots, crawlers, automated scripts, data-mining tools, or similar automated methods to access course content.
• Share screenshots, recordings, exports, or substantial portions of paid materials with others.
• Use the service to create a competing question bank, study product, training product, or derivative commercial service.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, payment controls, security measures, time limits, or account restrictions.
• Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that interferes with the service or other users.

8Independent Exam Preparation

ExamPax is an independent exam-preparation provider. Our practice questions and explanations are independently developed for educational purposes. They are not represented as actual, copied, recalled, leaked, or confidential examination questions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ExamPax is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the examination sponsor, licensing agency, certification body, admissions organization, or other third party associated with an exam.

Examination formats, eligibility rules, fees, laws, content outlines, scoring standards, and other requirements may change. You are responsible for reviewing current official information from the applicable examination sponsor or authority.

9Intellectual Property

The ExamPax website and its original content—including practice questions, explanations, text, graphics, interfaces, branding, software, layouts, and compilations—are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and are owned by or licensed to ExamPax.

Names, logos, exam names, certification names, and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their use for identification or descriptive purposes does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

10Privacy and Personal Information

We may collect information reasonably needed to operate the service, process purchases, communicate with customers, provide access, prevent fraud, and maintain the website.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors under their own privacy and security practices. Please review the ExamPax Privacy Policy for additional information about privacy practices.

11Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, examination sponsors, government agencies, and other external websites. ExamPax does not control third-party websites or their content, availability, security, policies, or practices.

12Course Content and Service Availability

We may update, correct, expand, reorganize, replace, or remove practice content as needed to improve accuracy, reflect changes in examination objectives, address technical issues, or maintain the service.

We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting failures, internet outages, software issues, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

13Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, shared access, copied or distributed protected content, engaged in fraud or abuse, threatened service security, or used the service unlawfully.

Termination for a material violation of these Terms may result in loss of remaining access without refund, subject to applicable law.

14No Guarantee of Exam Results

Practice results, readiness scores, question counts, simulations, explanations, and course completion are study tools only. ExamPax does not guarantee that you will pass, achieve a particular score, obtain admission, receive a license, earn a credential, or obtain employment.

Your results depend on many factors beyond the service, including your preparation, experience, examination conditions, current exam content, eligibility, and decisions made by third parties.

15Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ExamPax will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of ExamPax for a claim relating to a specific paid course will not exceed the amount you actually paid to ExamPax for that course giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

17Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version may be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Your continued use of the service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
